Sweet Potato Casserole

4 1/2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed (3-4 potatoes)

1 cup white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/3 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix the above together and pour into a casserole dish.

1 cup pecans, chopped

1/2 cup flour

1/3 cup butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl; spread into the prepared baking dish. Mix brown sugar and flour together in a small bowl; cut in 1/3 cup butter until mixture is crumbly, then stir in pecans. Sprinkle streusel mixture over sweet potatoes. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
