Cherry Coke Salad

2 (20 ounce) cans dark pitted cherries

1 (3 ounce) package cherry Jello

1 (20 ounce) package crushed pineapple

1 cup Coca-Cola

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Heat cherries in their juice to boiling. Remove from heat and add Jello. Stir. Add pineapple and its juice. Pour in the Coca-Cola and nuts. Pour into an oiled 6 cup mold or glass dish. Let cool, then refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set. Serves 4 to 6.
