Butterfinger Bars

1 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
4 cups oatmeal
1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup peanut butter

Cream margarine, sugar add oatmeal; mix and press into a 9X13 inch baking pan.  Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, until mixture is very soft.  Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes.  Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together and spread over slightly cooled bars.  Allow the frosting to set.  Works best if you refrigerate before and after cutting them.
