Sara Lee Pound Cake

Cream together for 5 minutes on medium speed:
1 pound powdered sugar
1 pound butter

Add and beat 3 minutes:
2 eggs
1 cup flour

Add and beat 3 minutes:
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 more eggs
1 more cup flour

Add and beat 5 minutes:
2 more eggs (total 6 eggs)
1 more cup of flour (total 3 cups flour)

Pour into a greased, floured 10 inch tube pan or 2 7-inch bread loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes in pans. Dust with powdered sugar when warm.
