Main Dishes


1 (12 ounce) package of elbow macaroni

1 pound lean ground beef

1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn

1 onion, chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente (approximately 8-10 minutes); drain. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the beef and onion; drain. Add macaroni, spaghetti sauce, corn, and cheese; heat through over medium heat.
