Bit of Brie

3/4 cup fine pecans

1/4 cup Kahlua

3 Tablespoons brown sugar

14 ounces mini Brie

Spread pecans in 9-inch pie plate, microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until toasted.  Add Kahlua and sugar, stir well.  Remove rind from top of Brie, discard rind.  Place Brie on microwave serving platter.  Spoon pecan mixture over top of Brie.  Microwave uncovered on high 1-1/2 - 2 minutes (or less) minutes or until Brie softens to desired consistency turning every 1 minute.  Serve on Melba Toast or crackers.
