Cranberry Bread

4 cups flour

1-1/2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs, beaten

1-1/2 cups orange juice

1/2 cup salad oil

2 cups cranberries, halved

1 cup chopped nuts

2 teaspoons grated orange peel

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and then combine the following in a separate bowl: eggs, oil, and orange juice. Add the liquids and dry ingredients together with all of the remaining ingredients.

Grease and lightly flour two 9X5 inch loaf pans. Pour half of the batter into each pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
